汽轮机关键零部件的材料特殊,结构复杂,孔加工是其制造中不可缺少的一道工序,而高速钢麻花钻是该工序的常备刀具.选用行业内3家厂家生产的高速钢麻花钻进行了实际切削试验,并对其刀具材料性能和几何结构参数进行了分析,切削试验和分析结果显示瓦尔特含钴高速钢钻头为加工汽轮机关键零部件材料的优选高速钢麻花钻,其具有刀具寿命长、加工尺寸精度与表面质量较好的特点.研究成果可为高速钢麻花钻的选型提供参考.

The key components of steam turbine have special material and complex structures.In their manufacturing,hole machining is an indispensable process,and High Speed Steel(HSS)twist drills is a common tool for this process.Actual cutting tests were taken on HSS twist drills produced by three manufactures,and their material properties and geometric structure parameters were analyzed.The cutting tests and analysis results show that the Walter cobalt containing HSS twist drills are the preferred HSS twist drills for processing materials of key components in steam turbine,because they have characteristics of long tool life,good machining dimension accuracy and satisfying surface quality.The research results can provide reference for selection of HSS twist drills.
