某型燃气轮机轮盘榫槽铣削加工方法OA

目前重型燃气轮机轮盘榫槽通常采用拉削方式加工,加工质量和效率具备很大优势,但拉削刀具的采购价格一直居高不下,这给小批量生产模式下的成本管控带来了极大挑战.针对某重型燃气轮机,提出了一种轮盘榫槽的铣削加工方法,通过优化铣削刀具方案减少了切削阻力,保证了榫槽的尺寸精度和粗糙度符合要求,同时也大幅降低了刀具成本.并利用轮盘端面赫斯齿自定心的结构特点设计了过渡盘工装,作为转台和轮盘间的过渡装置,实现了轮盘装夹的准确定位,并且依靠赫斯齿的啮合来传递转台扭矩,确认加工分度.此外,增加了圆光栅分度监测装置实时监测轮盘分度角度,确保了榫槽加工的分度精度.研究成果可为大尺寸轮盘榫槽铣削加工提供参考.

As to the current technology,the gas turbine disk groove is usually processed by broaching,which has great advantages in process quality and efficiency.However,the price of broaching tools has remained high,so there are great difficulties in cost control in small-scale production.Aimed at it,a milling method for disk groove of a gas turbine was proposed.The cutting resistance was reduced by scheme optimization of milling tools,so the dimensional accuracy and smoothness of the groove could be ensured,meanwhile,the usage costs of the tools was greatly lowered.Based on the self-centering structure of the Hertz tooth on the end face of the disk,a disk tooling was designed as a transition device between the turntable and the disk,thereby,accurate positioning of the disk clamping was realized.Meanwhile,the meshing of the Hertz tooth was used to transmit the torque of the turntable,so the machining division was verified.In addition,a circular grating monitoring device was installed to realize real-time monitoring of disk division,ensuring the process accuracy of the groove division.The research results can provide reference for the groove milling of large-scale disks.
