镶片式汽封齿脱落失效的试验性研究OA
Test Research on Detachment Failure of Insert-Type Steam Seal Tooth
随着工业透平行业的快速发展,对机组转速的要求不断提高.转子高速运行时,为确保镶片式汽封齿能够安全运行,行业内进行转子汽封结构设计时,大多使用冲铆工艺防止镶片式汽封齿脱落.为探究冲铆工艺的效果,对采用冲铆工艺后的不同规格的镶片式汽封齿进行了摩擦力试验,结果显示冲铆效果受人力因素影响较大,且多次冲铆可增大汽封齿所受摩擦力.同时,提出了镶片式汽封齿离心力简化计算方法.研究成果可为高转速机组镶片式汽封的设计提供参考.
With the rapid development of the industrial turbine industry,unit speeds are demanded to be increasing.To ensure the safe operation of insert-type steam seals at high rotor speeds,The riveting process is employed in rotor seal design to prevent seal tooth detachment in the industry predominantly.The effectiveness of the riveting process was studied through friction tests on insert-type steam seal tooth of various specifications.The results indicate that the riveting effect is significantly influenced by human factors,and multiple riveting operations can increase the friction force acting on the seal.Furthermore,a simplified calculation method is proposed for the centrifugal force acting on insert-type steam seal.The research findings can provide reference for the design of insert-type steam seals in high speed turbine units.
