燃气轮机健康监测系统用于监测、隔离和诊断燃气轮机主要部件故障.阶跃和斜坡变化检测是健康监测的基础,其结果能够反映燃气轮机异常的运行情况.通过分析常规阶跃和斜坡特征检测技术的不足,提出了基于统计学方法的燃气轮机参数特征检测算法,以自动检测监控参数潜在的阶跃和斜坡变化.实际燃气轮机试车数据结果证明了该算法可检测出参数的异常阶跃和斜坡变化,可以协助维护保障人员对燃气轮机健康状态进行监视.研究成果可为燃气轮机健康监测技术的优化提供参考.

The gas turbine health monitoring system is used for monitoring,isolating and diagnosing faults of main components in gas turbine.Step and ramp change detection are the foundations of health monitoring,and the results can reflect abnormal operation of gas turbine.By analyzing the shortcomings of conventional detection technologies of step and ramp features,a detection algorithm for gas turbine parameter feature based on statistical methods was proposed to automatically detect potential step and ramp changes of the monitored parameters.Actual test data of gas turbine validated that the algorithm could effectively detect abnormal step and ramp changes in parameters,thus,it could assist maintenance personnel to monitor the health status of gas turbine.The research findings can provide reference for optimization of health monitoring technology for gas turbine.
