Design of Health Diagnosis System for Hydraulic Servo Motor Based on Support Vector Data Descriptions and Extreme Gradient Boosting
为了提高火电机组深度调峰工况下快速变负荷运行的安全性,针对机组关键执行机构中的油动机,设计并构建了油动机健康诊断系统的总体框架.构建了基于支持向量数据描述(SVDD)与极端梯度提升(XGBoost)的健康监测预警模型,并且依据这2种模型的特性,完成了油动机故障早期预警的算法设计,即在SVDD所建立的超球体中,如检测到数据点与超球体中心的距离偏离基准,则会触发XGBoost的故障分类诊断,由此实现了油动机实时运行健康状态的评价以及故障诊断.利用油动机故障注入实验模拟了油动机不同开度下电磁阀节流孔堵塞、油动机内漏等7类典型故障,获取了正常和故障样本数据,实验结果验证了该系统的准确性,其可在油动机行程开度0%~100%范围内对油动机实现标度0~100的健康度量化评估,对低健康状态(标度<60)的故障识别准确率达93%.研究成果可为油动机故障诊断提供参考.
In thermal power plants,the unit operation safety during rapid load variations under deep peak-shaving condition is of great significance.The hydraulic servo motor is a key actuator in the unit,so an overall framework of health diagnosis system for it is designed and developed.A health monitoring and early warning model based on Support Vector Data Description(SVDD)and eXtreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost)is constructed.Considering the characteristics of these two models,an algorithm for early fault warning for hydraulic servo motor is designed:in the hypersphere created by SVDD,when the distance between data location and the hypersphere center deviates from baseline value,a fault classification diagnosis conducted by XGBoost would be triggered,thereby,real-time health assessment and fault diagnosis of hydraulic servo motor during operation can be realized.Fault injection experiments are conducted to simulate seven typical faults under different valve opening degrees,such as throttle orifice blockage of the solenoid valve and internal leakage of servo motor.Normal and faulty sample data are collected,and the accuracy of this system is verified by experimental results.Adopting this system,scaled(0-100)health quantitative assessment of hydraulic servo motor can be realized in opening range of 0%~100% of valve,and fault recognition accuracy for low-health conditions(scale<60)can reach 93%.The research results can provide reference for fault diagnosis of hydraulic servo motor.
