Siphonic Power Oil Return Scheme for Turbine Bearing Pedestal
润滑油回油系统是汽轮发电机组正常运行的重要保障.传统的轴承座回油均采用自然重力回油方式,该方式原理简单,运行相对稳定,但回油效率较低,且对管道布置、轴承流量等都有较高的要求.为避免润滑油回流受阻导致轴承座内油液扰动,引起关键设备损伤甚至非计划停机,提出了一种新型动力回油方式,即采用虹吸管高速回油,该方案更高效且布置更便捷.某项目的改造实施情况验证了该方案的可行性.研究成果可为后续各类汽轮机机组轴承座高效回油提供参考.
The oil return system is a critical guarantee for the operation safety of steam turbine generator set.Traditionally,natural gravity method is adopted in oil return for bearing pedestal,which is simple in principle and relatively stable in operation,but the oil return efficiency is relatively low,and it has high requirements for pipeline layout,bearing flow rate,etc.The obstruction during return of lubricating oil will lead to disturbance of oil in bearing pedestal,which may cause damage to key equipment or even unplanned shut down.Accordingly,a novel return method using a siphon tube for high-speed return is proposed.This scheme has higher efficiency and can offer more convenient layout.Its implementation in a project demonstrates the feasibility of this approach,providing reference for efficient oil return of bearing pedestal in various steam turbines.
