果园数字孪生技术研究现状与发展趋势OA
Research status and development trends of digital twin technology in orchards
中国水果产业近年来发展迅速,水果产量和种植面积也逐年扩大,随着产业规模扩张,果园生产作业和管理难度与日俱增.近年来数字孪生技术的兴起推动了果园数字化管理技术的发展,基于数字孪生技术的果园数字化管理平台已成为智慧果园建设的关键途径.在此背景下,笔者系统梳理了果园数字孪生技术的核心框架,重点在数字孪生果园模型精确构建、果园作业装备模拟训练和运行监控等方面综述了应用在果园场景中的数字孪生技术发展现状,归纳出目前果园数字孪生技术的不足之处和研究热点.在技术研究层面,根据果园数字孪生技术框架,从果园环境信息和果树表型信息的获取、果树建模和生长模型构建等方面梳理了构成果园数字孪生的核心技术,并分类概述目前已有的果园物联网平台、果树表型信息获取平台和数据分析预测模型的研究现状,进一步总结了果树模型结合生长模型,降本增效和可持续发展的总体研究方向.从技术应用的角度,综述了果园数字孪生技术在生长监测、技术培训、作业装备协调一体化等方面的应用效果,在此基础上,归纳目前果园数字孪生技术在实际应用中存在的问题,最后展望了基于数字孪生技术的智慧果园发展的技术方向,以期为我国数字孪生果园的发展提供思路借鉴和技术参考.
In recent years,China·s fruit industry has grown rapidly,with fruit production and planting areas expanding annually.As industry expands,the complexity of orchard production and management has increased significantly.The emergence of digital twin technology has become a key driver in advancing the digital management of orchards,with digital twin-based orchard management platforms emerging as a crucial approach for constructing smart orchards.This study systematically examined the core framework of digital twin technology in orchard applications.It focused on key areas such as the precise construction of digital twin orchard models,simulation training of orchard operation equipment,and operational monitoring.The current state of digital twin technology in orchard settings was reviewed and existing gaps and research hotspots in this field were identified.On the front of the technical research,the study outlined the core technologies underpinning digital twin orchards based on their technical framework.These included the acquisition of orchard environmental and tree phenotypic information,tree modeling,and growth model development.Research statuses of existing orchard Internet of Things(IoT)platforms,tree phenotyping platforms,and data analysis and prediction models were systematically summarized.The study also emphasized the integration of the tree models with growth models,cost reduction,enhanced efficiency,and sustainable development as key research directions.From the perspective of technology application,the study reviewed the practical outcomes of digital twin technology in growth monitoring,technical training,and coordinated orchard operations.It elaborated on how digital twin technology can be leveraged to optimize resource allocation,improve operational efficiency,and facilitate decision-making processes in orchard management.Based on this analysis,the study identified challenges in the practical application of digital twin technology and outlined future technological directions for smart orchard development using digital twin technology.The aim was to provide actionable insights and technical references for the advancement of digital twin orchards in China.The study also discussed the potential benefits of digital twin technology in promoting sustainable development in the fruit industry.Digital twin technology enables precise monitoring and management of orchard resources,reducing the use of chemicals,minimizing environmental impact,and enhancing the overall sustainability of orchard production.Additionally,this technology can support farmers in adopting more eco-friendly farming practices,contributing to the long-term viability of the fruit industry.In conclusion,this study serves as a comprehensive resource for understanding the current state,challenges,and future directions of digital twin technology in orchard management,providing valuable insights for researchers,practitioners,and policymakers in this field.
