干散货超长距输送大直径管状带式输送机安装技术OA
文中以某干散货输送栈桥管状带式输送机安装实例为例,研究了超长距离输送大直径管状带式输送机的安装关键技术,以合理分段敷设法解决了重型长输输送机质量大、距离超长的难题,采用硫化方法解决了厚型高强度输送带接头的连接可靠问题,通过张紧装置、托辊安装等方法解决了管状带式输送机跑偏问题,保证了管状带式输送机联动试车、重载调试运行,可为同类工程提供参考依据.
Taking the installation of a tubular belt conveyor at a bulk cargo transfer trestle as an example,the key installation technologies for long-distance,large-diameter tubular belt conveyors were reviewed.The challenges associated with heavy mass and extended conveying distance were addressed through rational sectional laying methods.Reliable connection of thick,high-strength conveyor belts was achieved through vulcanization techniques.Belt deviation issues were rectified through installation of tensioning devices and idler rollers,ensuring successful commissioning and heavy-load testing operations of tubular belt conveyors.This research can serve as a valuable reference for similar projects.
