为应对智能仓储发展中货位感知与货物身份绑定在可靠性、效率及成本方面的挑战,文中研究并提出一种基于多模态融合感知的分阶段智能盘库系统.在分析RFID与取出拍照等现有技术局限性的基础上,设计了一套三阶段递进解决方案,其中第 1 阶段通过视觉识别实现货位有无及存货变化的定性判断;第 2 阶段融合了视觉计数与动态称重技术完成货物数量的定量识别;第 3 阶段针对SKU动态绑定的核心难点构建了以异常侦测与智能复核为核心的闭环流程.研究表明,该系统在保持作业流程连续的前提下显著提升了盘库的实时性、准确性及成本效益,为实现高可靠数字孪生仓库与精准库存管理提供了有效路径.

To address the challenges of achieving reliable,efficient,and cost-effective storage location recognition and item identification in smart warehousing development,a phased intelligent inventory management system based on multimodal fusion perception was researched and proposed.Through analysis of limitations inherent to existing technologies such as RFID and pick-and-place imaging,a three-stage progressive solution was designed.In the first stage,visual recognition is employed for qualitative judgment regarding the presence or absence of storage locations and inventory changes.In the second stage,visual counting is combined with dynamic weighing technologies to achieve quantitative identification of goods quantity.The third stage addresses the core challenge of dynamic SKU binding by establishing a closed-loop process centered on anomaly detection and intelligent verification.Research demonstrates that this system significantly improves the real-time performance,accuracy,and cost-effectiveness of inventory management while maintaining operational continuity,providing an effective pathway toward realizing highly reliable digital twin warehouses and precise inventory management.
