"聚合技术"赋能认知战的作用机理及防御策略OACHSSCD

[Purpose]This study analyzes the mechanism and implementation path of how convergence techno logies(NBIC)create cogni-tive biases in cognitive warfare and become"mind control tools",and provides theoretical basis for defending against the"weaponization"application of convergence technologies.[Method]Based on the principles of cognitive science and psychology,the methods of literature research and case analysis were used to qualitatively analyze the path of cognitive bias of aggregation technology to manipulate the cogni-tion and behavior of the target subjects.[Result/Conclusion]Cognitive bias is the key to the effectiveness of cognitive warfare.convergent technology can create three kinds of"brain control tools"namely,psychology,medicine and physics,and induce cognitive bias in the tar-get subject.The weaponization application of convergent technology will bring about significant changes in cognitive domain confrontation tools,game strategies and strategic planning,and can be defended from both technological and ideological dimensions.
