[Purpose]Studying the characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of intelligence confrontation between Iran and Israel dur-ing the June 2025 conflict is helpful for responding to new challenges in current intelligence confrontation.[Method]This paper employs literature analysis and comparative research methods to synthesize officialstatements,media reports,and think tank analyses from both sides.By incorporating publicly available online resources,it systematically examines the successes and failures of intelligence operations during the Iran-Israel conflict,extracting insights for the development of modern intelligence systems.[Result/Conclusion]Research indicates that Israel maintains superiority due to its structural advantages,technological disparity,and allied support,whereas Iran struggles to reverse its passive stance constrained by institutional deficiencies and technical vulnerabilities.Intelligence has become a core capability that runs through the entire conflict and determines the outcome.In terms of system construction,priorities should be highlighted:efforts should be made to build a cross-domain integrated intelligence collaboration system,strengthen an independent and controllable technology research and development path,and innovate interdisciplinary talent development model.
