iRoot SP单尖充填法根管治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的临床疗效研究OA

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of iRoot SP single-cone obturation technique in the endo-dontic treatment of periodontal-endodontic combined lesions.Methods:Totally 90 patients with confirmed periodontal-endo-dontic combined lesions were enrolled,who were divided into three groups:the iRoot SP single-cone obturation group(Group A),AH-Plus warm gutta-percha vertical condensation obturation group(Group B),traditional cold gutta-percha obturation group(Group C),with 30 patients in each group.The differences among the three groups after treatment were observed in terms of root canal filling time,root canal filling quality,pain status within 7 days postoperatively,and treatment effectiveness at 6 months postoperatively.Results:There were statistically significant differences in root canal filling operation time among the three groups(P<0.05),with Group A having a shorter filling time than Group B,C(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in root canal filling quality among the three groups(P>0.05).The pain rates were significantly lower,the clinical efficacy at 6 months postoperatively was better in Group A,B than in Group C(P<0.05).There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the pain rate and the 6-month postoperative curative effect between Group A and Group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The iRoot SP single-cone obturation technique features simple operation,mild postoperative reactions,and definite curative effects in root canal therapy for combined periodontal-endodontic lesions.
