Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of Japanese Talents in Higher Vocational Colleges under the 1+X Certificate System
1+X证书制度是我国职业教育领域一项深层次的制度创新,对于提升专业人才的培养质量具有关键作用.本文聚焦1+X证书制度的内涵和实施意义,结合高职日语专业人才培养现状,分析当前在课程体系、师资队伍、实践条件以及证书适配方面存在的问题,进而从课程重构、师资赋能、实训升级等维度,提出1+X证书制度下高职日语专业人才培养模式构建路径,为专业内涵式发展与复合型人才培养提供参考.
The 1+X certificate system is a deep-level institutional innovation in the field of vocational education in China,and it plays a key role in improving the quality of professional talent training.This paper focuses on the connotation and the significance of the implementation of the 1+X certificate system,analyzes the current problems in curriculum system,teaching staff,practice conditions and certificate adaptation.And then,from the dimensions of curriculum reconstruction,teaching staff empowerment and practice training upgrade,it proposes the construction path of the talent training mode for higher vocational Japanese major under 1+X certificate system,providing references for the connotative development of the major and the cultivation of compound talents.
