现代产业学院育人模式研究与实践OA

The modern industrial college,as a new organizational form of industry-education integration,is an effective carrier to realize school-enterprise cooperation and industry-education collaboration.This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of modern industrial colleges in the era and systematically constructs the education framework for modern industrial colleges,which is guided by industry demand,takes ability cultivation as the core,and follows the path of diversified collaboration.Taking the construction of the industrial college of the Applied Technology College of Dalian Ocean University as an example,this paper elaborates on the practice path and effect of the education mode from aspects such as talent cultivation mode,organizational operation basis,teaching implementation measures,and mode innovation,aiming to provide references for the deepening of industry-education integration in similar colleges.
