高职院校实践育人协同创新研究OA

Building a collaborative innovation model for practical talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges is an important link and inevitable requirement for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education and comprehensively improving the quality of higher vocational education.This paper,based on the fundamental goal of enhancing the quality of talent cultivation and promoting the all-round development of students,adheres to the concept of"all-staff,whole-process and all-round education",and based on the practical education experience of higher vocational colleges,conducts a systematic analysis of the existing problems,construction ideas,model building and implementation paths of collaborative innovation in practical talent cultivation,thus expanding the methods and paths for improving the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
