科研倦怠对高校体育教师工作满意度的影响:心理韧性与社会支持的链式中介OACHSSCD

研究以理性行为模型为理论基础,聚焦我国高校体育教师群体,通过向 375 名教师发放问卷并收集数据,系统考察科研倦怠、心理韧性、社会支持与工作满意度四个变量之间的内在联系.研究结果表明,科研倦怠不仅直接负向预测工作满意度,还通过心理韧性与社会支持的链式中介路径间接强化其对工作满意度的负面影响.基于上述结论,高校体育教师应注重提升自身心理韧性水平,同时学校管理层也需构建完善的支持体系,帮助教师缓解科研过程中产生的倦怠感,以增强其工作满意度,并最终推动整体教育质量的持续提高.
This study,grounded in the Theory of Reasoned Behavior,investigates the relationship between research burnout,psychological re-silience,social support,and job satisfaction among physical education teachers in Chinese universities.Through a questionnaire survey of 375 faculty members,the research systematically examines the interconnections among these variables.The findings reveal that research burnout not only directly predicts negative job satisfaction,but also indirectly amplifies this effect through a chain mediation pathway involving psychological resilience and so-cial support.Based on these conclusions,university physical education teachers should prioritize enhancing their psychological resilience,while insti-tutional administrators need to establish comprehensive support systems to alleviate burnout during research processes.This dual approach will enhance job satisfaction and ultimately drive continuous improvement in educational quality.
