为研究办公椅靠背形态参数对体压分布与舒适性的影响,探究最适宜的靠背形态参数范围,通过查阅标准和问卷调研的方法确定靠背参数以及用户最常用的办公椅靠背类型、材料,在对相应类型 71 把办公椅靠背参数调研的基础上,最终选择25 把单网布中靠背办公椅进行实验.使用三维扫描仪提取实验办公椅参数,测试12名被试者的后仰坐姿体压数据,同时进行主观舒适性评价,使用MATLAB软件提取相关指标,并进行统计分析.结果表明:上靠背水平半径R1、下靠背水平半径R2、上靠背纵向半径r1 3 项参数均与体压分布指标显著相关,这3 项参数是影响单网布靠背体压分布的重要参数;当 3 项参数增大时,体压分布指标呈现出相同趋势,即先减小后增大,谷值位于中间;舒适性主观评价在所有参数中都是中等水平的舒适性评分更高.此结果可为办公椅靠背的参数设计提供科学依据,在靠背参数设计时应注意不宜设计得过大或过小,以中等尺寸为宜,即上靠背水平半径为 844.00~1 786.60 mm、上靠背纵向半径为855.00~1 503.00 mm、下靠背水平半径为640.00~930.25 mm.

To study the impact of office chair backrest parameters on the human body pressure distribution and comfort,and to determine the optimal design range for backrest parameters,the authors first consulted relevant standards and conducted a questionnaire survey to investigate common backrest parameters,office chair back types,materials,and commonly used sitting postures.Based on the collected data,parameter measurements were performed on 71 office chair backrests of the corresponding types and materials.Finally,25 office chairs with a single-mesh fabric backrest were selected for experimental analysis.Using 3D scanner equipment,the office chair backrest parameters were extracted,recorded,and organized.Twelve suitable subjects were tested for backward sitting body pressure distribution,while simultaneously completing a subjective comfort evaluation form.The collected body pressure distribution data were processed using MATLAB software to extract relevant indicators,followed by mathematical statistical analysis.The analysis results showed the upper half of the backrest of the horizontal radius R1,the lower half of the horizontal radius R2,and the upper half of the backrest of the longitudinal radius r1.All three parameters were significantly correlated with the body pressure distribution index,which are important parameters affecting the backrest body pressure distribution of the mesh and body pressure distribution index.It can be concluded that these three office chair backrest parameters are important morphological parameters that affect the pressure distribution of the backrest in the single back of the network.When the parameters of the office chair increased,the corresponding body pressure distribution index showed the same change trend,that is,at first decrease and then increase,and the valley value was located in the middle.The subjective comfort level was higher across all parameters,providing a scientific basis for the parameter design of the office chair backrests.When designing backrest parameters,it is essential to avoid extremes in size and aim for a balanced,medium range.Specifically,the recommended design ranges are as follows:the horizontal radius of the upper backrest should be 844.00-1 786.60 mm,the longitudinal radius of the upper backrest should be 855.00-1 503.00 mm,and the horizontal radius of the lower backrest should be 640.00-930.25 mm.
