基于典型用户行为与姿态分析的功能沙发坐姿舒适性探究OA

当前沙发的人体工程学研究多聚焦于静态坐姿的舒适性评估,而对不同行为导致的坐姿需求差异关注不足.采用问卷调查的方法,获取用户对功能沙发的使用行为和坐姿偏好,重点分析手机使用和睡觉小憩两种代表性行为下的坐姿特征和舒适度需求.系统观察青年被试群体在两种行为过程中的稳定坐姿角度、使用时长和调整频率,并收集他们对于坐姿不适感的主观反馈.研究结果表明,手机使用行为下被试主要偏好两种姿态,分别是轻度后仰(靠背角度 120°~130°,腿托角度 65°~90°)和中度后仰(靠背角度 135°~145°,腿托角度 75°~85°),姿态调整较为频繁;睡觉小憩行为下被试则偏好高度后仰(靠背角度 140°~150°,腿托角度 80°~90°),达到舒适坐姿后趋于稳定.此外,两种行为模式下被试的不适部位均集中在腰部和头颈.基于上述结果,本研究从场景模式和局部调整两方面提出功能沙发设计优化建议,以提升产品的可调性和自适应性,满足用户在不同行为下的坐姿需求,为功能沙发的智能化转型提供参考.

Current research on sofa ergonomics primarily concentrates on assessing comfort during static sitting,often overlooking the diverse sitting needs associated with different daily activities.In this study,the behaviors and sitting preferences of recliner users were collected through a questionnaire survey,from which two representative activities—cell phone usage and taking naps—were selected due to their distinct differences in sitting posture.To obtain the characteristics of users·sitting postures during actual use,a behavioral observation experiment was conducted with 20 young subjects.The experiment analyzed the subjects·stable sitting angles,usage times and frequency of adjusting their sitting angles during two specific behaviors,while also collecting subjective feedback on sitting comfort.The results of the study exhibited that subjects engaging in cell phone use primarily preferred two postures:a mild recline(backrest angle of 120°-130°,leg-rest angle of 65°-90°)and a moderate recline(backrest angle of 135°-145°,leg-rest angle of 75°-85°).Subjects also tended to adjust their sitting angle frequently to alleviate fatigue,with the number of adjustments ranging from 0 to 4.These adjustments were most commonly made during the first and last 5 min of the observation period.In contrast,subjects who engaged in sleeping behavior tended to nap with a high degree of recline(backrest angle of 140°-150°,leg-rest angle of 80°-90°),and the frequency of adjustment was significantly lower,with the number of adjustments ranging from 0 to 2.The subjects showed higher stability after reaching a comfortable posture.This reflects that there are significant differences in users·sitting needs under different behaviors,indicating that sofa design should consider users·behavioral sitting characteristics.Additionally,discomfort during the sitting process was primarily concentrated in the waist and head-neck region.Based on the above conclusions,this study proposes design optimization recommendations for recliners in terms of scene modes and local adjustments.Through presetting angle schemes for different behavioral modes,a multi-dimensional local adjustment function has been introduced.These enhancements will support the evolution of recliners from purely functional furniture to intelligent systems,improving their adjustability and adaptability to accommodate users·sitting posture needs across various usage scenarios.Ultimately,this will contribute to a more comfortable,healthy,and convenient home experience.
