交互设计理念下的实体书店体验设计研究OA

A Study on Experience Design of Physical Bookstores from the Perspective of Interaction Design Principles

文章基于交互设计理念,对实体书店顾客的体验进行研究.研究从知觉、行为和情感三个体验层次入手,通过问卷调查、访谈和行为观察等方法,分析不同类型顾客的需求.在此基础上,从这三个体验层次提出相应的设计策略,旨在提升实体书店的室内空间氛围和顾客体验.

This paper investigates customer experience in physical bookstores grounded in interaction design principles.The research examines three experiential levels:perception,behavior,and emotion.Using methods such as questionnaires,interviews,and behavioral observation,it analyzes the needs of different customer types.Based on these findings,the study proposes corresponding design strategies from the perspectives of perception,behavior,and emotion,aiming to improve the interior environment and overall customer experience in physical bookstores.
