温度对Al/AP/HMX/PBT四组元推进剂性能的影响OA
Effect of Temperature on Performances of Al/AP/HMX/PBT Propellants
为了探究温度对Al/AP/HMX/PBT四组元推进剂性能的影响,制备了 HMX质量分数分别为0、5%、10%、15%的4种推进剂并测试了其工艺性能、力学性能、玻璃化转变温度与燃烧性能.结果表明,在HMX质量分数0~15%的区间内,HMX含量升高会使推进剂工艺性能对温度的敏感性提高;DSC测试结果显示,各配方推进剂玻璃化温度在-55 ℃附近波动,加入HMX使推进剂玻璃化温度略微升高;四组元推进剂的抗拉强度均随温度降低而升高,温度下降至-55 ℃时转而下降,并发生"脱湿"现象,70℃下最大伸长率最低;4种配方的初始温度与燃速均呈正相关性,HMX质量分数0~15%的区间内,HMX含量升高会使温度敏感系数与压强指数均下降.
In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the performance of Al/AP/HMX/PBT four-component propel-lants,four types of propellants with mass fractions of 0,5%,10%,and 15%of HMX were prepared and their process per-formance,mechanical properties and combustion performance were tested.The results show that over the range of 0~15%HMX contents,the sensitivity of the temperature coefficient increases with increasing the HMX content.The glass transition temperatures of the propellant samples fluctuate around-55 ℃,and adding HMX increase the glass transition temperatures slightly.The tensile strength of the propellant samples increases as temperature decreases,but decreases when the temperature drops to-55 ℃.The maximum elongation at 70 ℃ is lower than those at other temperatures.The initial temperatures of the propellant samples are positively correlated with their burning rates.Within the range of 0~15%HMX contents,as the HMX content increases,both temperature sensitivity coefficient and pressure exponent of burning rate decrease.
