广源水电站双曲拱坝结构稳定性分析与体形优化研究OA
Structural Stability Analysis and Shape Optimization of Guangyuan Hydropower Station Double-Curvature Arch Dam
为优化广源水电站碾压混凝土双曲拱坝体形并评估其结构安全,笔者基于拱梁分载法与三维刚体极限平衡法,开展多工况下坝体应力、位移及坝肩稳定性的系统分析.采用拱梁分载法及ADAO拱坝软件系统,模拟9 种荷载组合工况,计算坝体应力与位移;通过三维刚体极限平衡法分析坝肩抗滑稳定;针对坝基局部应力超标问题,采用扩大基础方案进行改善.结果表明:坝体应力与位移均满足规范要求,应力控制工况为校核洪水位与温升组合,位移控制工况为空库灌浆与温升组合;坝基局部拉应力经扩大基础 4m后降至允许范围;左、右坝肩及断层f5、f7 的抗滑稳定安全系数均大于规范限值.该拱坝体形参数合理,结构安全可靠,所采用的应力分析方法与坝基处理措施有效,可为类似工程提供参考.
To optimize the shape of the roller-compacted concrete double-curvature arch dam of Guangyuan Hydropower Station and evaluate its structural safety,a systematic analysis of dam stress,displacement,and abutment stability under multiple load cases was carried out based on the arch-cantilever load distribution method and the three-dimensional rigid body limit equilibrium method.The arch-cantilever load distribution method and the ADAO arch dam software system were adopted to simulate nine load combination cases and calculate the stress and displacement of the dam body.The anti-sliding stability of the dam abutments was analyzed using the three-dimensional rigid body limit equilibrium method.To address the problem of excessive local stress in the dam foundation,an enlarged foundation scheme was applied for improvement.The results show that the stress and displacement of the dam body meet the specification requirements;the stress control case is the combination of check flood level and temperature rise,and the displacement control case is the combination of empty reservoir grouting and temperature rise.The local tensile stress of the dam foundation is reduced to the allowable range after the foundation is enlarged by 4 m.The anti-sliding stability safety factors of the left and right dam abutments as well as faults f5 and f7 are all greater than the specification limits.The shape parameters of the arch dam are reasonable,and the structure is safe and reliable.The adopted stress analysis method and dam foundation treatment measures are effective,which can provide a reference for similar projects.
