博士生心理资本对学术坚毅的影响机制:一个有调节的中介模型OA
Study on the mechanism of the impact of doctoral students' psychological capital on academic grit:A moderated mediation model
目的:探讨博士生心理资本对学术坚毅的影响机制.方法:以全国三十余所高校的920名博士研究生为对象进行调查,采用心理资本、学术坚毅、学术意义认同和尽责性量表,运用中介效应模型检验学术意义认同在心理资本与学术坚毅之间的中介作用,运用调节效应模型检验尽责性在心理资本和学术坚毅之间的调节作用.结果:①博士生的心理资本(β=0.528,P<0.01)及自我效能(β=1.662,P<0.01)、希望(β=1.873,P<0.01)、韧性(β=1.613,P<0.01)、乐观(β=1.281,P<0.01)4个维度均对学术坚毅具有正向影响,即博士生的心理资本促进其学术坚毅;②博士生的学术意义认同在心理资本(中介效应值为0.095,相对效应值为17.99%)及自我效能感(中介效应值为0.462,相对效应值为27.80%)、希望(中介效应值为0.371,相对效应值为19.81%)、韧性(中介效应值为0.623,相对效应值为38.62%)、乐观(中介效应值为0.664,相对效应值为51.83%)4个维度对学术坚毅的影响中起中介作用;③博士生的尽责性调节学术意义认同对学术坚毅的影响(β=0.01,P<0.05).结论:博士生心理资本对学术坚毅具有重要的影响.日常教育中需要重视博士生心理资本力量的培育,注重激发博士生对于学术研究工作价值的认同感.
Objective:To explore the mechanism through which doctoral students' psychological capital affects aca-demic grit.Methods:A survey was conducted with 920 doctoral students from over twenty universities nationwide.The study used scales for psychological capital,academic grit,academic meaning identity,and conscientiousness.A mediation effect model was employed to test the mediating role of academic meaning identity between psychological capital and academic grit,while a moderation effect model was used to examine the moderating role of conscientious-ness in the relationship between psychological capital and academic grit.Results:①Doctoral students' psychological capital(β=0.528,P<0.01)and its four dimensions-self-efficacy(β=1.662,P<0.01),hope(β=1.873,P<0.01),resilience(β=1.613,P<0.01),and optimism(β=1.281,P<0.01)—all positively influenced academic grit.In other words,doctoral students' psychological capital enhanced their academic grit;②Academic meaning identity mediated the relationship between psychological capital and academicgrit,with mediation effects observed for self-efficacy(mediation effect value=0.462,relative effect value=27.80%),hope(mediation effect value=0.371,relative effect value=19.81%),resilience(mediation effect value=0.623,relative effect value=38.62%),and optimism(mediation effect value=0.664,relative effect value=51.83%);③Conscientiousness moderated the impact of academic meaning identity on academic grit(β=0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological capital significantly impacts academic grit a-mong doctoral students.It is crucial to foster doctoral students' psychological capital in educational settings,enhance their recognition of the value of academic research,and develop their sense of conscientiousness through various methods.
