针对环境敏感区水利工程严禁设置弃渣场、筑坝材料短缺等关键技术难题,以母猪田水库工程为依托,系统研究了不良开挖料的改性技术与筑坝方法.通过室内试验与现场大型直剪试验,探明了软岩料与崩积体混合土的工程特性;提出了"分层掺混+机械破碎"的料源改性技术,将不良级配混合土改性为满足高坝填筑要求的合格料源;建立了基于性能的坝体分区设计方法,将改性料按特性应用于不同功能区,并构建了全过程质量控制体系.结果表明:工程实现开挖料 100%资源化利用,减少弃渣 72 万m3,减排二氧化碳 1.2 万吨,坝坡稳定安全系数较规范值提高 15%以上.该技术体系形成了环境敏感区"零弃渣"绿色筑坝的完整解决方案,对推动水利工程绿色建造具有重要示范价值.

Aiming at the key technical problems such as the strict prohibition of spoil disposal sites and the shortage of dam construction materials in water conservancy projects in environmentally sensitive areas,the modification technology and dam construction method of unfavorable excavated materials are systematically studied based on the Muzhutian Reservoir Project.Through laboratory tests and on-site large-scale direct shear tests,the engineering characteristics of soft rock materials and colluvium mixed soil are clarified.The material source modification technology of"layered mixing+mechanical crushin"is proposed,which modified the poorly graded mixed soil into qualified material sources meeting the filling requirements of high dams.A performance-based zoning design method for the dam body is established,the modified materials are applied to different functional zones according to their characteristics,and a whole-process quality control system is constructed.The results show that the project has realized 100%resource utilization of excavated materials,reduced 720,000 m3 of waste slag,reduced carbon dioxide emissions by 12,000 tons,and the stability safety factor of the dam slope has increased by more than 15%compared with the standard value.This technical system has formed a complete solution for"zero waste slag"green dam construction in environmentally sensitive areas,which has important demonstration value for promoting the green construction of water conservancy projects.
