Preparation and Performance Study of DAP-4@Al Core-shell Structures
为了改善金属燃料在固体推进剂中应用时存在颗粒团聚的问题,通过核壳结构将燃料与氧化剂构筑为微纳尺度复合结构.以DAP-4为内核氧化剂、EVA黏结剂为修饰剂、纳米Al粉为外层燃料,制备DAP-4@Al核壳结构复合材料;研究了纳米Al粉含量对DAP-4@Al包覆效果、热分解及燃烧性能的影响,并收集燃烧残留物进行表征.结果表明,纳米Al粉质量分数为20%时,DAP-4可以被完全包覆在内,形成完整均匀的核壳结构;纳米Al粉对DAP-4的热分解反应过程具有一定的催化作用;燃烧点火试验表明,包覆纳米Al粉可以有效提高DAP-4的燃烧热值和燃烧剧烈程度,当纳米Al粉质量分数为20%时,最高火焰温度显著增加,可达到1 563 ℃,同时,Al颗粒的存在可以调节DAP-4的燃烧速率.由此表明DAP-4@Al核壳结构具有更高的能量特性和更好的燃烧性能,能够提高燃料在复合体系中的分散性,增强燃烧效果.
In order to improve the issue of particles agglomeration of metal fuels within solid propellants,a core-shell structure is employed to create a micro-and nano-scale composite of oxidizer and fuel.DAP-4@Al core-shell composite materials were prepared using DAP-4 as the core oxidizer,EVA binder as the modifier,and nano-sized Al powder as the outer fuel.The effects of nano-Al content on the coating efficiency,thermal decomposition,and combustion performance of DAP-4@Al were investigated.The condensed combustion products were also collected for characterization.The results showed that when the mass fraction of nano-Al reached 20%,DAP-4 was completely encapsulated,forming a uniform and well-defined core-shell structure.Nano-Al powder exhibited a certain catalytic effect on the thermal decomposition reaction of DAP-4.The ignition and combustion tests demonstrated that the incorporation of nano-Al significantly enhanced the heat release and combustion in-tensity of DAP-4.When the mass fraction of nano-Al was 20%,the maximum flame temperature notably increased to 1 563 ℃.Additionally,the presence of Al particles effectively modulated the burning rate of DAP-4,indicating that the DAP-4@Al core-shell composite exhibits higher energy characteristics and better combustion performance,and enhances the disper-sion of fuel throughout the composite system and improves the combustion efficiency.
