采自中国沙棘上的赭痂锈菌属1新种OA
A New Species of Ochropsora Parasitic on Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis in China
对采自甘肃省兴隆山国家级自然保护区和连城自然保护区的中国沙棘Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis上的5份叶部锈病标本,进行了形态学特征观察和分子系统学分析.研究结果显示,寄生在中国沙棘上的锈菌属于赭痂锈菌属Ochropsora的1个新种,即沙棘赭痂锈菌O.hippophaes.该新种特征为内生担子,夏孢子堆中具有直立、细长的棍棒状侧丝.文章提供了基于赭痂锈菌属新种LSU序列的系统发育分析,以及新种的形态照片与详细描述,并讨论了其与相似物种的鉴别特征.
Five rust samples were collected from Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis growing within the areas of Xinglongshan National Nature Reserve and Liancheng National Nature Reserve in Gansu Province of China.Through morphological characterization and phylogenetic analysis,we successfully determined these rust fungi infecting H.rhamnoides subsp.sinensis as belonging to a new species of Ochropsora,O.hippophaes that generated metabasidia with internal basidia,and uredinia carrying erect and clavated paraphyses.Results of the phylogenetic analysis using LSU sequences of the O.hippophaes and photographs with the descriptions of morphology along with discussions on those identified features of this new species to distinguish from its similar species are presented in the paper.
