平凉红牛高效品质化生产技术体系的构建与应用OA

针对平凉红牛产业化进程中高档肉产出率不稳定、饲养效率低及抗生素依赖等问题,本研究通过长期生产实践集成与关键试验验证,构建了以基因组选育、早期阉割、饲料熟化、精准营养、健康管理和应激控制为核心的生产技术体系.首先基于生产性能指数(index of production per-formance,IPI),通过基因组评估筛选核心群,其次在6-8月龄实施阉割,饲喂时采用谷物蒸汽压片和阶段式精准营养策略,并集成秸秆汽爆破壁发酵饲草与0.09%(占干物质采食量的质量分数)牛至精油添加技术进行无抗健康养殖,同时实施精细化应激管理.体系应用结果表明,基于IPI(正向指数,公牛≥5.18,母牛≥5.26)选育的核心群后代高档肉比例达(15.3±0.7)%;6-8月龄早期阉割极显著提高大理石花纹评分至7.57±0.6(P≤0.01),达日本A3级标准;集成营养调控技术使日增重≥1kg/d;秸秆汽爆发酵饲草结合添加0.09%牛至精油使发病率显著降低71%;体系应用下屠宰率达到(61.51±1.31)%,肉品嫩度和保水性显著改善.表明应用本技术体系可显著提升平凉红牛的生产效率、牛肉品质及健康水平,实现了无抗养殖,为国产高端牛肉生产提供了可复制的技术路径.

Aiming at the problems of unstable high-grade meat yield,low feeding efficiency and antibiotic dependence in the industrialization process of Pingliang Red Cattle,this study constructed a production technology system with genome breeding,early castration,feed ripening,precision nutrition,health mana-gement and stress control as the core through long-term production practice integration and key experi-mental verification.Firstly,the core group was screened by genome assessment.Secondly,castration was carried out at 6-8 months of age,and grain steam compression and staged precision nutrition strategies were adopted during feeding.The straw steam explosion wall fermented forage and 0.09%(mass fraction of dry matter intake)oregano essential oil addition technology were integrated for non-antibiotic healthy breeding,while fine stress management was implemented.The results of system application showed that the proportion of high-grade meat in the offspring of the core group selected by IPI index(Index of Produc-tion Performance,IPI,positive index,bull≥5.18,cow≥5.26)was(15.3±0.7)%.Early castration at 6-8 months significantly increased the marble pattern score to 7.57±0.6(P≤0.01),reaching the Japanese A3 standard.Integrated nutrition regulation technology to make daily gain ≥1 kg/d.The straw steam explosion fermentation forage combined with 0.09%oregano essential oil significantly reduced the incidence rate by 71%.Under the application of the system,the slaughter rate reached(61.51±1.31)%,and the meat tender-ness and water retention were significantly improved.This indicated that the application of this technical system could significantly improve the production efficiency,beef quality and health level of Pingliang Red Cattle,achieved antibiotic free breeding,and provide a replicable technical path for domestic high-end beef production.
