B超诊断技术在德宏奶水牛繁殖上的应用与探索OA
Reproductive Application and Exploration of B-ultrasound Diagnostic Technology in Dehong Dairy Buffalo
为了探索B超诊断技术在德宏奶水牛繁殖上的应用效果,本研究应用便携式兽用B超仪,分别对302头德宏奶水牛进行B超早期妊娠诊断,并对59头奶水牛进行繁殖障碍疾病筛查.结果表明,德宏奶水牛配种后23 d即可通过B超影像确诊母牛妊娠,比直肠触诊法提前37 d;配种22~30、31~45、46~60 d的早孕诊断确诊率分别为84.9%、95.6%和100.0%,远高于直肠触诊法的8.2%、62.9%和88.7%;借助B超从59头奶水牛中初步筛查出患繁殖障碍疾病母牛19头,治愈并配种受胎9头,治愈率47.4%.可见,采用B超诊断技术可明显提高母牛早孕诊断准确率,有助于筛查诊治母牛繁殖障碍疾病.
To explore the reproductive application effect of B-ultrasound diagnostic technology on Dehong Dairy buffalo,a portable veterinary B-ultrasound device was used to conduct early pregnancy diagnosis for 302 cows and to screen for reproductive disorders for 59 Dehong Dairy buffalo,respectively.The results showed that the pregnancy in cows could be diagnosed by B-ultrasound images after 23 days of insemination,which was 37 days earlier than the rectal palpation method.The diagnosis rates of early pregnancy at 22-30 days,31-45 days,and 46-60 days after insemination were 84.9%,95.6%,and 100.0%,respectively,significantly higher than the values of 8.2%,62.9%,and 88.7%for the rectal palpation method.With the use of B-ultrasound diagnosis,a total of 19 cows with reproductive disorder diseases from a total of 59 cows were initially found,and 9 cows were cured and became pregnant after insemination,with a cure rate of 47.4%.The results indicate that the use of B-ultrasound diagnostic technology can improve the accuracy of early pregnancy diagnosis in cows and contribute to the screening and treatment of reproductive disorders in Dehong Dairy cows.
