Influence of different structural combinations of the guide tube mixing tank on its mixing characteristics

搅拌槽的结构参数对其自身的流场速度有着极其明显的影响.文章参考江西赣南某稀土厂容积为10 m3的搅拌槽设备,借助SolidWorks三维建模软件工具对该设备进行三维结构重塑,运用Fluent软件部分功能对其相关数据进行处理加工,并选取4个核心结构变量:导流筒高度(h)、叶片角度(θ)、桨叶离底距离(c)、桨叶直径(d),利用Fluent软件对该设备系统进行混合搅拌仿真模拟研究.该研究选择功率、力矩、时均分布速度和速度4个功能指标作为评判依据,对该设备不同结构组合的搅拌特性进行系统分析,从而确定了该设备4种不同结构参数的较优数值(d=1 110 mm、θ=50o、h=940 mm、c=550 mm).通过实验验证了该设备模拟分析结论的正确性,并对该设备进行了组合结构优化改进.

The different structural parameters of the stirring tank have a significant impact on its own flow velocity.In this study,a 10 m3 mixing tank used in a rare earth plant in Gannan,Jiangxi,was selected as the reference system.Using Solidworks,a 3D modeling software tool,a detailed 3D model of the equipment was reconstructed,and the relevant data were further processed with the aid of Fluent software.Four core structural variables,namely,the height of the guide tube(h),the blade angle(θ),the distance between the blade and the bottom(c),and the blade diameter(d),were chosen for investigation.Mixing simulations were then performed in Fluent to evaluate the system's hydrodynamic behavior.Moreover,four functional indicators,namely power,torque,time-averaged distribution speed,and speed,were used as the evaluation criteria to analyze the stirring characteristics of the equipment under different structural configurations,thereby determining the optimal values of four different structural parameters(d=1 100 mm,θ=50o,h=940 mm,c=550 mm)for the equipment.The simulation results were validated through comparison with field experiment observations,and the different structural parameters of the mixing tank were optimized.
