为揭示液体粪污在贮存过程中的理化特性,以奶牛和猪液体粪污为研究对象,在夏季、秋冬春季开展两批次试验,测定不同处理方式(贮存发酵、厌氧发酵)粪污在贮存期间的养分指标(总氮、总磷、总钾)、理化指标(pH、化学需氧量、水不溶物、总盐浓度)、重金属指标(总砷、总汞、总铅、总镉、总铬)和卫生学指标(蛔虫卵死亡率、粪大肠菌群数).结果表明:①贮存发酵的奶牛和猪液体粪污,在夏季贮存过程中,总磷、总钾含量均降低而pH升高;在秋冬春季贮存过程中,化学需氧量升高.②厌氧发酵的猪沼液在贮存过程中,pH、水不溶物含量均符合要求,而总盐浓度偏高,不符合要求.③不同处理的奶牛和猪液体粪污在贮存过程中,重金属指标(总砷、总汞、总铅、总镉、总铬)含量、蛔虫卵死亡率均符合要求,粪大肠菌群数呈降低趋势.总体上,采用贮存发酵处理的奶牛和猪液体粪污夏季贮存2个月,秋冬春季贮存6个月,沼液贮存2个月,基本符合无害化的要求,但化学需氧量、总盐浓度仍偏高,开展资源化利用前应进行适当处理.

To investigate the physicochemical characteristics of liquid manure during storage,dairy cow and pig liquid manure were selected as the research subjects.Two batches of experiments were conducted in summer,autumn-winter-spring to measure the nutrient indicators(total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium),physicochemical indicators(pH,chemical oxygen demand,water insolubles,total salt concen-tration),heavy metal indicators(total As,total Hg,total Pb,total Cd,total Cr),and hygienic indicators(mortality rate of ascarid eggs,fecal coliform count)during storage under different treatment methods(storage fermentation,anaerobic fermentation).The results showed:①During storage in summer,the total phosphorus and total potassium content of dairy cow and pig liquid manure decreased while pH increased.During storage in autumn-winter-spring,the chemical oxygen demand increased.②The pH and water in-solubles content of pig anaerobic digested slurry met the requirements during storage,while the total salt concentration was high and did not meet the requirement.③The heavy metal indicators(total As,total Hg,total Pb,total Cd,total Cr)content and ascarid egg mortality rate of dairy cow and pig liquid manure under different treatment methods met the requirements,and the number of fecal coliforms showed a de-creasing trend during storage.Altogether,the dairy cow and pig liquid manure treated by storage fermenta-tion was stored for 2 months in summer and 6 months in autumn-winter-spring.The anaerobic digested slurry was stored for 2 months,which basically met the requirements for harmlessness,but the chemical oxygen demand and total salt concentration were still high.Therefore,appropriate treatment should be car-ried out before resource utilization.
