基于Rodgers演化概念分析法界定免陪照护的概念及理论框架OA

Objective:To systematically clarify the connotation and extension of the emerging concept of unaccompanied care by using Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis method,and to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for the standardization of practice of this nursing model,the formulation of relevant policies,and future research.Methods:The system retrieves Chinese and English databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,PubMed,and Web of Science.The retrieval period was from the establishment of the databases to July 31,2025.To extract and summarize the definition attributes,prerequisites,evolutionary context and related concepts of no-companion care according to Rodgers' evolutionary concept analysis method.Results:The analysis of 24 core articles revealed that the concept of unaccompanied care evolved from spontaneous substitution to systematic management and was now developing towards professional and intelligent integrated services.Its core definitional attributes included professionalism,systematicness,comprehensiveness,and substitutability.The prerequisites for its formation involved patient and family level,healthcare institution level,and societal level.By differentiating it from related concepts such as group nursing,case nursing,the conceptual boundaries of unattended care were further clarified.Conclusion:Clarifying the concept of no-companion care is conducive to the construction of the theoretical system and the exploration of related fields,and provides a clear conceptual framework for it,laying a theoretical foundation for building a no-companion care service system that is adapted to China's national conditions.
