本试验旨在研究添加紫花苜蓿干草与全株玉米青贮饲料替代部分精饲料对育成牛生长性能的影响及经济效益分析.选取牛龄210 d左右、体重196.5~208.88 kg、体况健康良好的黑安格斯♀×西门塔尔♂杂交一代(F1)断奶、未去势小公牛16头,随机均分为4个组,分别饲喂22.86%(质量分数,下同)精料+77.14%杂交狼尾草(N1,CK)、11.43%紫花苜蓿干草+17.14%全株玉米青贮饲料+11.43%精料+60%杂交狼尾草(N2)、17.14%紫花苜蓿干草+11.43%全株玉米青贮饲料+11.43%精料+60%杂交狼尾草(N3)和22.86%紫花苜蓿干草+5.71%全株玉米青贮饲料+11.43%精料+60%杂交狼尾草(N4)的不同配方日粮,试验期90 d.结果表明,各处理间育成牛的初始体重、终末体重和平均日采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05),处理N2、N3、N4育成牛平均日增重分别较CK提高15.38%、37.18%和32.05%,其中处理N3和N4与CK差异显著(P≤0.05);处理N3、N4料重比显著低于CK(P≤0.01).试验期间各处理间育成牛的总采食量差异性不显著(P>0.05),但处理N3、N4总增重显著高于CK(P≤0.05);处理N2、N3、N4育成牛的饲料增重成本显著低于CK(P≤0.05),且处理N3、N4的毛利润显著高于CK(P≤0.05).综合分析得出,采用日添加质量分数17.14%紫花苜蓿干草和质量分数11.43%全株玉米青贮饲料替代1/2精料(处理N3)来饲喂育成牛,可显著提高其生产性能,且能获得较高的经济效益.

This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding alfalfa hay and whole plant corn si-lage to replace part of concentrate on the growth performance and economic benefits of growing cattle.Six-teen crossbred(F1)weaned bulls(Black Angus♀×Simmental♂)with 210 days of age,196.5-208.88 kg of body weight and good health were randomly divided into 4 groups.They were fed 22.86%concentrate+77.14%hybrid Pennisetum(N1,CK),11.43%alfalfa hay+17.14%whole plant corn silage+11.43%con-centrate+60%hybrid Pennisetum(N2),17.14%alfalfa hay+11.43%whole plant corn silage+11.43%concentrate+60%hybrid Pennisetum(N3)and 22.86%alfalfa hay+5.71%whole plant corn silage+11.43%concentrate+60%hybrid Pennisetum(N4),respectively.The experiment lasted for 90 days.The results showed that there was no significant difference in initial body weight,final body weight and average daily feed intake among the treatments(P>0.05).The average daily gain of N2,N3 and N4 was 15.38%,37.18%and 32.05%higher than that of CK,respectively,and the difference between N3 and N4 and CK was significant(P≤0.05).The feed-to-weight ratio of N3 and N4 was significantly lower than that of CK(P≤0.01).During the experiment,there was no significant difference in total feed intake between treat-ments(P>0.05),but the total weight gain of N3 and N4 was significantly higher than that of CK(P ≤0.05).The feed cost per unit of gain of N2,N3 and N4 was significantly lower than that of CK(P≤0.05),and the gross profit of N3 and N4 was significantly higher than that of CK(P ≤ 0.05).According to the comprehensive analysis,the daily addition of 17.14%alfalfa hay and 11.43%whole plant corn silage repla-cing 50%of the concentrate(treatment N3)to feed growing cattle could significantly improve its produc-tion performance and obtain higher economic benefits.
