基于CiteSpace的焊缝打磨系统领域研究热点及发展趋势分析OA

焊缝打磨技术不仅可以显著提升生产效率,降低劳动强度,还能确保打磨质量的一致性,提高焊接产品的表面质量和性能.更重要的是,它能够降低工人在危险工作环境下的安全风险.基于文献计量学方法,结合CiteSpace文献可视化分析软件,对1976-2024年间来源于中国知网(CNKI)中文数据库的349篇文章和来源于Web of Science外文数据库的367篇文章进行系统梳理,对焊缝打磨系统领域的文献发文时间、研究作者、研究机构进行了分析研究.结果表明,焊缝打磨系统领域经历了从起步阶段到快速发展的过程,技术不断突破,研究成果逐渐丰富.但焊缝打磨系统领域尚未形成具备较强科研产出能力的核心作者群体.接着对机器人自动化打磨与路径规划、焊接工艺与质量控制、打磨力调控及优化、材料性能与工艺结合等关键技术及热点关键词进行了归纳总结,阐述了不同研究方法的共性规律及各自的优缺点.最后展望了焊缝打磨系统领域的发展趋势,结果说明焊缝打磨系统正逐渐向智能化、自动化和多场景应用以及新材料工艺优化的方向迈进.通过定量化文献分析揭示了技术演进规律,为焊缝打磨系统的理论创新和工程应用提供了决策依据,特别是在轨道交通、汽车制造、航空航天构件精密打磨、船舶焊接件批量处理等场景中具有重要参考价值.

Weld seam polishing technology not only significantly enhances production efficiency and reduces labor intensity but also ensures the consistency of polishing quality,improving the surface quality and performance of welded products.More importantly,it reduces the safety risks for workers in hazardous working environments.Bibliometric approach is employed utilizing the CiteSpace literature visualization analysis software,to systematically review 349 articles sourced from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)Chinese database and 367 articles from the Web of Science foreign database,covering the years 1976 to 2024.The analysis focuses on the publication timeline,authors,and research institutions within the field of weld seam polishing systems.The findings indicate that the field has experienced a progression from an initial stage to rapid development,with continuous technological breakthroughs and a gradual enrichment of research outcomes.However,a core group of authors with strong research output capabilities is established.Subsequently,key technologies and hot keywords related to robotic automation polishing and path planning,welding processes and quality control,polishing force regulation and optimization,as well as material properties combined with processes,are summarized.The common patterns and individual advantages and disadvantages of different research methods are discussed.Finally,the development trends of the weld seam polishing system field are anticipated,indicating a gradual shift toward intelligence,automation,multi-scenario applications,and optimization of new material processes.The laws of technological evolution through quantitative literature analysis is revealed,providing a decision-making basis for theoretical innovation and engineering applications of weld seam polishing systems,particularly valuable in scenarios such as rail transportation,automotive manufacturing,precise polishing of aerospace components,and batch processing of ship welding parts.
