鉴于时变路网车辆路径问题(time-dependent vehicle routing problem,TDVRP)是智能交通背景下制约着城市高效配送、物流调度的关键问题,从问题建模、求解算法、应用场景等维度对TDVRP进行系统综述.建立了TDVRP分类体系,深入分析带时间窗、容量约束、电动车辆、无人机协同等主要变体的建模特点;系统梳理了时变路网数据来源的技术特征与发展趋势,识别研究热点;分析了求解算法从精确算法、启发式算法、元启发式算法到人工智能方法的演进历程,构建了算法性能评估与选择策略框架.研究发现:TDVRP正朝着多目标与多约束优化、算法的自适应性与可扩展性、绿色低碳的方向演进,与深度学习、强化学习等前沿技术深度融合,应用场景日益多元化.

Time-dependent vehicle routing problem(TDVRP)is a key challenge in urban efficient distribution and logis-tics scheduling within the context of intelligent transportation.This paper systematically summarizes the TDVRP from aspects such as problem modeling,solution algorithms,and application scenarios.A classification framework for TDVRP is established,with an in-depth analysis of key variants,including those with time windows,capacity constraints,electric vehicles,and drone coordination.The technical features and development trends of time-dependent road network data sources are systematically reviewed,identifying current research hotspots.Furthermore,the evolution of solution algo-rithms is examined,spanning exact algorithms,heuristic algorithms,metaheuristic algorithms,and artificial intelligence methods,and a framework for algorithm performance evaluation and selection strategies is built.Research findings:TDVRP is evolving towards multi-objective and multi-constraint optimization,adaptive and scalable algorithms,and green and low-carbon directions.It is deeply integrated with cutting-edge technologies such as deep learning and rein-forcement learning,and its application scenarios are becoming increasingly diversified.
