A Study on Teachers'Competencies for Cultivating Top-Notch Innovative Talents under the Guidance of the Spirit of Educators

教师队伍建设始终是人才培养的关键.教师"拔尖创新人才培养胜任力"对于拔尖创新人才的培养质量有重要影响,习近平总书记提出的教育家精神为高素质教师队伍建设指明了方向.以入选国家基础学科拔尖计划 2.0 基地的 8 所高校教师和学生为研究对象,运用扎根理论方法,构建教师"拔尖创新人才培养胜任力"结构模型.以教育家精神为引领提出教师"拔尖创新人才培养胜任力"提升策略:以理想信念、道德情操铸就教师职业道德信仰,以育人智慧、躬耕态度锤炼教师知识与能力素养,以乐教爱生、甘于奉献的仁爱之心塑造教师职业个性品格,以胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求培养教师全球竞争力,落实立德树人根本保障,夯实教书育人有力支撑,推动培养拔尖创新人才的教师队伍高质量发展.

Teaching workforce development has long been central to talent cultivation.Teachers'competencies for cultivating top-notch innovative talents play a significant role in the quality of such talent development,and the spirit of educators proposed by President Xi Jinping provides fundamental guidance for building a high-quality teaching workforce.Based on data from teachers and students at eight universities selected for the National Program for Cultivating Top-notch Talents in Basic Disciplines 2.0,this study employs grounded theory to construct a structural model of teachers'competencies for cultivating top-notch innovative talents.Guided by the spirit of educators,the study proposes strategies for enhancing these competencies across four key aspects:fostering professional ethical commitment through firm ideals and moral integrity;strengthening teachers'knowledge and capability profiles through educational wisdom and a commitment to dedicated practice;shaping professional character through a benevolent ethos of loving education,caring for students,and selfless dedication;and cultivating global competitiveness through a broad-minded,culturally grounded vision oriented toward contribu-ting to humanity.These strategies aim to consolidate the fundamental mission of moral education,reinforce teachers'capacity to fulfill their educational re-sponsibilities,and promote the high-quality development of the teaching workforce dedicated to cultivating top-notch innovative talents.
