护理科研人员对生成式人工智能的认知与应用体验的质性研究OA

目的:探讨护理科研人员对生成式人工智能(generative artificial intelligence,Gen-AI)在护理科研中应用的真实认知、实践体验及伦理考量,为规范Gen-AI在护理科研中的应用及制订相关培训策略提供理论依据.方法:采用描述性质性研究方法,通过目的抽样法选取2025年1月—3月天津市3所三级甲等医院的14名从事科研工作的护理人员进行半结构式深度访谈,运用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析.结果:护理科研人员对Gen-AI的认知与实践体验可归纳为4个主题,14个亚主题,分别是Gen-AI对科研效率与能力的提升作用(科研流程优化、入门门槛降低、创新思维激发);Gen-AI应用中的风险与伦理困境(信息可靠性存疑、学术诚信边界模糊、数据隐私泄漏风险、科研主体能力弱化焦虑、学术贡献归属模糊焦虑);Gen-AI驱动下的护理科研者能力与角色重构(批判性思维跃升、Gen-AI素养的培养、研究者角色转换、科研团队结构与分工重构);Gen-AI使用规范与专业发展的未来路径(亟需建立规范使用指南、期待开发护理垂直模型).结论:护理科研人员对Gen-AI在科研中的应用呈现谨慎乐观态度,认同其技术赋能潜力,同时高度重视随之而来的伦理挑战与能力重构需求.建议相关管理机构与学术组织共同推进Gen-AI使用的规范化、专业化发展,以实现人机协同的高质量护理科研创新.

Objective:To investigate the real perceptions,practical experiences,and ethical considerations of nursing researchers regarding the application of generative artificial intelligence(Gen-AI)in nursing research,thereby providing a theoretical basis for standardizing the use of Gen-AI in nursing research and formulating relevant training strategies.Methods:A descriptive qualitative research method was adopted.Using purposive sampling,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted from January to March 2025 with 14 nursing staff engaged in research work in three tertiary grade A hospitals in Tianjin.Data analysis was performed using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method.Results:The perceptions and practical experiences of nursing researchers regarding Gen-AI were summarized into four themes and fourteen sub-themes,the enhancing effect of Gen-AI on research efficiency and capability(research process optimization,lowering the entry barrier,stimulation of innovative thinking);risks and ethical dilemmas in Gen-AI application(concerns about information reliability,blurring of academic integrity boundaries,risk of data privacy leakage,anxiety about the weakening of researcher capability,anxiety about ambiguous academic contribution attribution);competence and role reconstruction of nursing researchers driven by Gen-AI(enhancement of critical thinking,cultivation of Gen-AI literacy,transition of researcher roles,restructuring of research team composition and division of labor);future pathways for Gen-AI usage norms and professional development(urgent need to establish standardized usage guidelines,expectation for developing specialized nursing vertical models).Conclusions:Nursing researchers hold a cautiously optimistic attitude towards the application of Gen-AI in scientific research,acknowledging its potential for technological empowerment while placing high importance on the accompanying ethical challenges and the need for competence reconstruction.It is recommended that relevant administrative bodies and academic organizations jointly promote the standardized and professional development of Gen-AI usage to achieve high-quality innovation in nursing research through human-machine collaboration.
