Analysis of the nutrition and health status of residents in Huzhou City in 2023
目的 了解湖州市居民营养与健康状况,为今后开展营养卫生健康促进提供参考.方法 采用多阶段随机抽样方法,抽取湖州市 5 个区县共 400 户家庭,对家庭成员进行问卷调查、膳食调查、医学体检和实验室检测.结果 1467 名被调查对象,平均每标准人日能量摄入1646.55 kcal.居民薯类、全谷物与杂豆类、蔬菜、水果、奶及奶制品、大豆及制品摄入量与推荐量相比仍显不足,畜禽肉、坚果和食盐摄入量偏高;能量摄入和碳水化合物供能比偏低,脂肪供能比偏高;部分维生素与矿物质存在摄入不足的风险.18 岁及以上居民超重率、肥胖率、中心性肥胖率分别为31.08%、10.65%和32.64%,贫血、高血压患病率分别为10.31%和15.50%.结论 湖州市居民膳食结构不尽合理,且营养与健康状况有待进一步改善,应加强对居民的均衡膳食健康教育和营养与膳食指导.
Objective To assess the nutrition and health status of residents in Huzhou City and to provide reference for future nutrition and health promotion initiatives.Methods A multi-stage random sampling method was employed.A total of 400 households from 5 districts/counties in Huzhou were selected for questionnaire surveys,dietary investigations,medical examinations,and laboratory tests on family members.Results Among 1 468 respondents,the average energy intake per standard person-day was 1 646.55 kcal.Compared with the recommended dietary intakes,the consumption of tubers,cereals,vegetables,fruits,dairy products,and soy product remained insufficient,while the intake of meat,nuts,and salt was substantially excessive in quantities.The intake of energy and the proportion of energy from carbohydrate were low,while the proportion of energy from fat was high.There was a risk of inadequate intake of several vitamins and minerals.The prevalence rates of overweight,obesity and central obesity among residents aged 18 years and above were 31.08%,10.65%,and 32.64%,respectively.The prevalence of anemia and hypertension were 10.31%and 15.50%,respectively.Conclusions The dietary structure of Huzhou residents is suboptimal,and their nutritional and health status requires further improvement.It is necessary to strengthen the health education on balanced diet and provide targeted nutritional and dietary guidance to the residents.
