近同伴支持教育联合正念减压对手术室实习护士心理弹性及积极应对方式的影响OA
Influence of near peer support education combined with mindfulness decompression on psychological resilience and positive coping style of practice nurses in operating room
目的:探究近同伴支持教育联合正念减压对手术室实习护士心理弹性及积极应对方式的影响.方法:以2022年1月-2024年12月的实习护士为研究对象,按照时间进行分组,2022年1月-2023年6月的实习护士为对照组(n=41),进行常规带教,2023年7月-2024年12月的实习护士为观察组(n=41),在对照组基础上再进行近同伴支持教育联合正念减压.比较两组受试者心理弹性[心理弹性评估量表(CD-RISC)]、积极应对方式[焦虑应对问卷(CISS)]、职业倦怠感[职业倦怠量表(MBI)]、幸福感[主观幸福感量表(SWB)]、死亡焦虑[中文版死亡焦虑量表(CT-DAS)]差异.结果:干预3个月后,两组受试者CD-RISC得分均上升,且观察组干预后坚韧、自强、乐观得分高于对照组(t=4.853,4.628,5.196;P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;两组受试者任务取向应对、情绪取向应对得分均上升,且观察组得分高于对照组,而回避取向应对得分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(t=5.116,4.628,-5.315;P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;两组受试者情感耗竭、去人格化和个人成就感降低得分均降低,且观察组得分低于对照组的(t=-5.258,-3.880,-4.703;P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;两组受试者生活满意度、情感得分均上升,且观察组得分高于对照组(t=4.448,5.556;P<0.001),差异有统计学意义;两组受试者CT-DAS得分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(t=-4.406,P<0.001),差异有统计学意义.结论:近同伴支持教育联合正念减压对手术室实习护士心理弹性有明显提升效果,且能调节护士的应对方式,有助于职业倦怠感、死亡焦虑减少,幸福感得到改善.
Objective:To explore the influence of combination of near peer support education and mindfulness de-compression on psychological resilience and positive coping style of practice nurses in operating room.Methods:Prac-tice nurses from January 2022 to December 2024were enrolled as study subjects,and were grouped according to time period.From January 2022 to June 2023,the control group(n=41)received routine teaching,and from July 2023 to December 2024,the observation group(n=41)received near peer support education combined with mindfulness de-compression on the basis of the control group.The differences in psychological resilience[Connor-Davidson Resili-ence Scale(CD-RISC)],positive coping style[Coping Inventory for Stressful Situations(CISS)],job burnout[Maslach Burnout Inventory(MBI)],well-being[Subjective Well-Being Schedule(SWB)]and death anxiety[Chi-nese version of Templer-Death Anxiety Scale(CT-DAS)]were comparedbetween the two groups of subjects.Re-sults:After 3 months of intervention,the CD-RISC scores in the two groups were increased,and the scores of tenac-ity,self-improvement and optimism in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(t=4.853,4.628,5.196;P<0.001).The scores of task-oriented coping and emotional-oriented coping were enhanced in both groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher,and the score of avoidance-oriented coping was reduced,and the score was lowerin the observation group(t=5.116,4.628,-5.315;P<0.001).The scores of emo-tional exhaustion,depersonalization and reduced personal accomplishment in the two groups of subjects were de-clined,and the scores in the observation groupwere lower compared with those in the control group(t=-5.258,-3.880,-4.703;P<0.001).The life satisfaction score and affection score were raised in the two groups,and the scores in the observation group were higher compared to the control group(t=4.448,5.556;P<0.001).The CT-DAS score in the two groups was decreased,and the observation group had a lower score(t=-4.406,P<0.001).Conclu-sion:Near peer support education combined with mindfulness decompression has a significant improvement effect on the psychological resilience of practice nurses in operating room,and can regulate the coping styles of nurses.In addi-tion,it is helpful to reduce the job burnout and death anxiety and improve the sense of well-being.
