回转窑物料层挥发分及温度分布特性分析OA
Analysis of volatile matter and temperature distribution characteristics in rotary kiln material layer
回转窑是沥青焦生产中的核心设备,其燃烧过程综合了流动、传热、传质与物料旋转运动等多物理场与化学反应,属于典型的复杂耦合过程.综合考虑物理与化学反应对窑内传热过程的影响,针对长度为55 m的回转窑,建立一维轴向综合传热数学模型,分析窑内气体与物料逆向流动下的传热规律,构建物料挥发分析出模型与料层传热模型,并通过计算获得挥发分析出速率曲线和料层温度分布曲线.结果表明,在距窑尾约15 m处挥发分析出速率最大,而在约38 m处料层温度达到最高.
The rotary kiln is the core equipment in the production of asphalt coke.Its combustion process integrates multiple physical fields such as flow,heat transfer,mass transfer and the rotational motion of materials,as well as chemical reactions,and is a typical complex coupled process.Considering the influence of physical and chemical reactions on the heat transfer process inside the kiln,for a rotary kiln with a length of 55 m,a one-dimensional axial comprehensive heat transfer mathematical model is established to analyze the heat transfer law under the reverse flow of gas and materials inside the kiln.A material volatilization analysis model and a material layer heat transfer model are constructed,and the volatilization rate curve and the temperature distribution curve of the material layer are obtained through calculation.The results show that the volatilization rate is the highest at approximately 15 m from the kiln tail,and the temperature of the material layer reaches the highest at approximately 38 m.
