河西灌区轻度盐碱地马铃薯新品种引选试验OA
Introduction and Selection Experiment of New Potato Varieties Suitable for Mildly Saline-alkali Lands in Hexi Irrigation Areas
为探索盐碱地综合利用途径,筛选出适宜盐碱地栽培的马铃薯良种,为当地马铃薯产业发展提供理论依据.在河西灌区轻度盐碱地以当地主栽马铃薯品种冀张薯 12 号为对照,对引进12个马铃薯新品种进行比较筛选试验.结果表明,引进品种中有6个品种较对照品种冀张薯 12 号增产10%以上,其中陇薯10号和中薯18号具有明显的产量优势,分别较对照增产12865.5 kg/hm2、10201.5 kg/hm2,增产率分别为54.8%、43.5%;红美较对照品种显著减产29.3%.远红外品质分析结果表明,陇薯10号、中薯18号、希森6号、陇薯7号、陇薯14号、陇薯16号等6个马铃薯新品种块茎5项常规品质指标较优.综合考虑田间适应性、产量与品质等指标,筛选出陇薯10号、中薯18号、陇薯7号、希森6号、陇薯14号、陇薯16号等6个适宜于河西灌区轻度盐碱地种植的马铃薯新品种,将作为进一步开展盐碱地提质增效生产技术研究的核心马铃薯品种.
To explore comprehensive utilization methods for saline-alkali land and to screen potato varieties suitable for cultivation in saline-alkali conditions,thereby providing a theoretical basis for the development of the local potato industry,a comparative introduction and selection experiment was conducted in mildly saline-alkali lands of the Hexi irrigation areas.12 introduced new potato varieties were evaluated using the locally dominant variety Jizhangshu 12 as the control.Results showed that 6 introduced varieties achieved yield increases of more than 10%compared with that in the control variety Jizhangshu 12,among them,Longshu 10 and Zhongshu 18 exhibited distinct yield advantages,with yield increases of 12 865.5 kg/ha and 10 201.5 kg/ha,respectively over the control,corresponding to yield increase rates of 54.8%and 43.5%,respectively.In contrast,Hongmei showed a significant yield reduction of 29.3%compared with the control.Far-infrared quality analysis indicated that 6 new potato varieties,including Longshu 10,Zhongshu 18,Xisen 6,Longshu 7,Longshu 14,and Longshu 16,performed well in 5 conventional tuber quality parameters.Based on a comprehensive evaluation of field adaptability,yield,and quality,6 new potato varieties,Longshu 10,Zhongshu 18,Longshu 7,Xisen 6,Longshu 14,and Longshu 16,were selected as suitable for planting in mildly saline-alkali lands of the Hexi irrigation area.These varieties will serve as core varieties for further research on quality improvement and production efficiency enhancement technology in saline-alkali land potato production.
