Employing the methods of document analysis and logical reasoning,this study systematically examines the development op-portunities,implementation predicaments,and optimization paths of the"sports takeaway"model at the grassroots level,against the backdrop of the Key Priorities for Mass Sports Work in 2025.The research reveals that the model enjoys remarkable opportunities in policy support,the rising demand for people's wellbeing,and the activation of community resources,which can effectively address the public's need for personalized and convenient sports services.Nevertheless,it still confronts systemic challenges in aspects such as service quality and safety guarantees,the coordination of regulatory mechanisms,and the matching of regional supply and demand.In response,measures should be taken to enhance service quality and operational sustainability,including constructing a standardized service system,innovating a multi-department collaborative supervision mechanism,and optimizing resource allocation alongside dif-ferentiated service provision.The"sports takeaway"model holds significant practical value for improving the grassroots sports service system and advancing the inclusiveness of national fitness public services.It is imperative to promote its healthy development through the integration of policy guidance and market mechanisms.
