体育活动对大学生心理幸福感的影响:一个链式中介模型OA

Objective To examine the effect of physical activity on social connectedness,altruistic behavior,and psychological well-being,as well as the mediating effects of social connectedness and altruistic behavior.Methods Using the Physical Activity Rating Scale,Psychological Well-being Scale,Social Connectedness Scale,and Altruistic Behavior Scale,a psychological assessment was conducted on 1,051 undergraduate students from different majors at a university in Yangzhou.Physical activity was treated as the inde-pendent variable;social connectedness and altruistic behavior served as mediating variables;and psychological well-being was the de-pendent variable.A mediating effect analysis was performed using the PROCESS macro in SPSS.Results Upon adjusting for demo-graphic variables,the analysis revealed that physical activity positively predicted psychological well-being among students.Social con-nectedness and altruistic behavior were found to be partial mediators(p＜0.0 1),and they also functioned as sequential mediators,ex-plaining 49.8％of the total mediating influence.Conclusion Physical activity exerts a significant impact on students' psychological well-being,with social connectedness and altruistic behavior serving as sequential mediators in the relationship between engagement in sports and mental health.
