高州水电站水轮发电机组增效扩容改造与选型优化案例分析OA
Case Analysis on Efficiency-Increasing,Capacity-Expansiong Renovation and Type Selection Optimization of Hydrogenerator Units in Gaozhou Hydropower Station
针对高州水电站存在的设备老化与水能利用率偏低等问题,在维持水库特征参数和厂房结构不变的前提下,开展了水轮发电机组增效扩容改造方案研究.通过对三种装机扩容方案进行技术经济比较与施工风险分析,确定 2×2100 kW方案为最优配置.在水轮机选型方面,综合考虑效率、空化性能及预埋件匹配度,最终选定HL200-LJ-85 型转轮,并配套升级发电机、调速器及辅助系统.改造后 5 年的运行实践表明,年均发电量由1605.5 万千瓦时提升至 1944.2 万千瓦时,增幅达 21.1%,设备运行稳定性与自动化水平显著改善.该案例可为同类型水电站技术改造提供参考依据.
Aiming at the problems of aging equipment and low water energy utilization efficiency in Gaozhou Hydropower Station,a study on the efficiency-increasing and capacity-expanding renovation of hydroelectric generating units is carried out on the premise of keeping the characteristic parameters of the reservoir and the structure of the powerhouse unchanged.Through techno-economic comparison and construction risk analysis of three capacity expansion schemes,the 2×2100 kW scheme is determined as the optimal configuration.For turbine selection,the HL200-LJ-85 runner is adopted by comprehensively considering efficiency,cavitation performance and matching with embedded parts,while the generator,governor and auxiliary systems are upgraded accordingly.Five-year operation practice after renovation shows that the average annual power generation increased from 16.055 GW·h to 19.442 GW·h,with an increase of 21.1%.The operation stability and automation level of the equipment have been significantly improved.This case can provide a valuable reference for the technical renovation of similar hydropower stations.
