川南地区寒武系筇竹寺组是继志留系龙马溪组后最有利的页岩气勘探开发层系,目的层埋深4 000~4 500 m,地层裂缝发育,井漏与气侵并存,固井安全密度窗口窄.油层套管固井施工面临套管安全下入困难、水平段压稳防漏防气窜难度大、油基钻井液冲洗困难影响水泥胶结质量等技术难题.为此,建立基于累计全角变化率与井径差异系数的套管安全下入风险分级评价标准,科学指导通井技术措施制定;通过强化通井技术措施并采用旋转下套管工艺保障油层套管安全下入,优化双密度双凝防气窜韧性水泥浆体系,依据安全密度窗口调整浆体密度,实现漏层防漏与气层压稳;采用驱油型抗污染冲洗隔离液,提高顶替效率和界面胶结质量.该配套技术在5口井进行了现场应用,油层套管固井质量优良率达94.06%,可为同类型深层页岩气水平井固井施工提供可靠技术借鉴.

The Cambrian Qiongzhusi Formation in southern Sichuan is the most favorable shale gas exploration and development layer after the Silurian Longmaxi Formation.The target layer,Qiongzhusi Formation,is buried at a depth of 4 000-4 500 meters,with developed geological fractures,well leakage,and gas invasion coexisting,and a narrow safe density window.The cementing construction of oil reservoir casing faces technical challenges such as difficulty in safely inserting the casing,difficulty in maintaining stable pressure and preventing leakage and gas channeling in the horizontal section,and difficulty in flushing the oil-based drilling fluid,which affects the quality of cement bonding.To this end,by establishing a risk classification evaluation standard for the safe insertion of shale gas horizontal well oil casing,scientifically guiding the technical measures for well opening,strengthening the technical measures for well opening,and adopting the rotating casing process to ensure the safe insertion of oil casing,optimizing the dual setting dual density anti gas channeling toughness cement slurry system to achieve leak prevention and pressure stability,and using oil displacement type anti pollution flushing isolation fluid to improve displacement efficiency and cement bonding quality.This series of supporting technologies has been applied on-site in 5 wells,with an excellent cementing quality rate of 94.06%for oil casing,providing technical reference for similar deep shale gas horizontal wells.
