健康国家战略下的体育公园建设:美国经验与本土镜鉴OA

Using the methods of literature analysis,this paper studies the construction of sports park in China and the United States under the healthy country strategy,aiming to provide enlightenment for the construction of sports park in China and the implementation of the Healthy China strategy.This paper suggests that the construction of sports park in China holds intrinsic value in supporting green trans-formation of sports development through ecological protection,ensuring equal access to sports services through resource allocation,and promoting the popularization of sports culture through scene construction.It can advance the transformation of the health service paradigm,strengthen weak points in health governance,and promote the inheritance and promotion of healthy culture.By reviewing the practices of sports park construction in the United States under its healthy country strategy,the research summarizes critical experiences,including solidifying the foundation of health governance through refined legislation,perfecting health service carriers through standard-ization,strengthening health infrastructure through diverse governance subjects,enhancing health effectiveness through a scientific sys-tem.Based on the practical experiences of the United States and the existing problems in the construction of sports park in China,this re-search proposed the following localized recommendations:Strengthen the legal system to establish a solid legal foundation for health gov-ernance;enhance construction standards to reinforce guidance of health environmental policies;promote co-building and co-governance to support equal access to health services;optimize surveillance mechanisms to facilitate scientific assessment of health effectiveness.
