透析前期慢性肾脏病患者照护干预应用程序的开发及初步应用OA

Objective To develop a nursing intervention application for patients with pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease(CKD)and conduct a preliminary application.Methods A nursing intervention plan for pre-dialysis CKD patients was constructed through literature review,semi-structured interviews,and Delphi expert consultation.Based on this plan,an application was developed,and 10 patients were recruited for a software trial to explore its usability.Results A total of 15 experts were included.The authority coefficients of the experts in both rounds of consultation were 0.94.In the first round of expert consultation,the coefficient of variation(CV)for each indicator ranged from 0 to 0.25,with Kendall's W being 0.203(P<0.001).In the second round,the CV for each indicator ranged from 0 to 0.16,with Kendall's W being 0.247(P<0.001).A nursing intervention plan consisting of 4 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators,and 50 third-level indicators was ultimately developed.Based on this plan,an application system was developed.Ten patients participated in the software trial,all of whom successfully completed the usage tasks.The overall score for system usability was(76.80±6.27)points.Conclusions The constructed nursing intervention application for pre-dialysis CKD patients is scientific,practical,usable,and can provide assistance in managing patients'transition to dialysis.
