中医护理联合伯格运动对下肢毒蛇咬伤患者肢体肿痛的影响OA

Objective To explore the effects of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercises on lower limb swelling and pain caused by venomous snakebite.Methods A total of 102 patients with lower-limb venomous snakebite admitted to the People's Hospital of Hechi from January 2023 to November 2024 were selected and assigned to an observation group(n=51)and a control group(n=51)according to random number table.The control group received routine nursing care for venomous snakebite,while the observation group was intervened with traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercise on the basis of routine treatment and nursing.The swelling subsidence time,pain relief time,psychological status and patient satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared.Results The swelling subsidence time and pain relief time in the observation group were shorter than those of control group,scores of self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were lower than those of control group,and the satisfaction rate of patients was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with Buerger's exercise accelerates lower limb swelling reduction and pain relief,improves the psychological status of patients,and increases patient satisfaction.
