基于医学生院感防控现状的医院感染控制教学改革探索OA

Healthcare associated infection control is fundamental to medical quality and patient safety.As the future healthcare professionals,medical interns'awareness of infection control and adherence to safe practices have a significant impact on the quality of medical care and the health of patients.At the same time,the medical interns'nosocomial infection prevention and control ability also reflects the level of infection control education in schools.Current teaching in this area is often fragmented and disconnected from practice,which leads to insufficient understanding,non-standard behaviors,and high risks of occupational exposure among students.Based on the authentic data from multiple domestic practice based studies,this article summarizes the infection control cognition,infection prevention and control needs,practical behaviors,and current status of occupational exposure of medical interns in hospitals.Combined with domestic teaching reform practices,it proposes the countermeasures for reforming infection control education from multiple dimensions,to provide a theoretical and practical reference for building a systematic and effective education system that cultivates high-quality medical talents with solid infection prevention and control capabilities.
