基于产教融合的眼视光技术专业人才培养模式研究与实践OA

目的 针对青少年近视等视力问题高发及眼视光行业技术快速发展的现状,基于产教融合理念,构建校企协同的眼视光技术专业人才培养模式,以提升人才培养质量,并为高职院校产教融合实践提供参考.方法 上海第二工业大学通过联合制定培养方案、组建专兼职结合的教学团队、拓展实训基地以及建立多元评价体系等举措,实施校企协同育人模式,同时系统剖析当前培养过程中存在的突出问题.结果 该人才培养模式有效提升了学生的专业技能与创新能力,实现了教师教学与科研能力的协同发展,毕业生的就业率与专业对口率显著提高.结论 通过拓展新兴就业领域、优化创新课程体系和完善保障机制等路径进一步改进人才培养模式,可为高职院校深化产教融合提供实践借鉴,助力眼视光人才培养质量持续提升.

Objective In response to the high incidence of vision problems such as myopia among adolescents and the rapid technological development in the optometric industry,this study aims to construct a collaborative school-enterprise talent training model for optometric technology programs based on the framework of industry-education integration.The model is designed to improve the quality of talent cultivation and to provide a reference for the implementation of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges.Methods Shanghai Polytechnic University adopted a collaborative education model through measures including codesigning training schemes,establishing a blended teaching team of full-time and part-time teaching instructors,expanding practical training bases,and establishing a diversified evaluation system.Meanwhile,prominent issues in the current training process were systematically analyzed.Results This talent training model significantly enhanced students'professional skills and innovation capabilities,promoted the synergistic development of faculty's teaching and research capacities,and resulted in significantly higher graduate employment rates and job-specialization alignment.Conclusions The study proposes further improvements to the talent training model by expanding emerging employment fields,optimizing the innovative curriculum systems,and refining support mechanisms.These recommendations provide practical insights for deepening industry-education integration in higher vocational education and will help sustain the quality enhancement of optometric talent cultivation.
