补肺汤合三子养亲汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期疗效观察OA

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Bufei Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction for patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)of lung deficiency and phlegm excess.Methods A total of 128 AECOPD patients of lung deficiency and phlegm excess admitted to the emergency department of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly assigned into treatment group(n=64)and control group(n=64).All patients were managed by conventional treatment,and those in treatment group were additionally treated with Bufei Decoction combined with Sanzi Yangqin Decoction.Treated for 2 weeks,the aim was to compare the COPD Assessment Test(CAT),modified Medical Research Council(mMRC)dyspnoea scale score,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,6 min walking distance(6WMD),arterial blood gas indexes(arterial oxygen saturation rate[SaO2],arterial oxygen partial pressure[PaO2],carbon dioxide partial pressure[PaCO2]),inflammatory factors(procalcitonin[PCT],tumor necrosis factor-alpha[TNF-α],interleukin-6[IL-6],high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP]).The total effective rate was assessed.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(95.31%[61/64]vs 84.38%[54/64],P<0.05).After treatment,the both groups had significantly decreased TCM syndrome score,CAT score,mMRC score,PaCO2,PCT,TNF-α,IL-6,hs-CRP,and increased 6MWD,SaO2,PaO2(all P<0.05),and the improvements were more pronounced in the treatment group relative to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Bufei Decoction and Sanzi Yangqin Decoction in the treatment of AECOPD of lung deficiency and phlegm excess can improve blood oxygen levels,relieve symptoms,enhance therapeutic effects,and reduce inflammatory responses.
