基于振动特征的GIS触头电接触状态诊断方法研究OA
Research on Diagnosis Method for Electrical Contact State of GIS Contact Based on Vibration Characteristic
气体绝缘全封闭组合电器(GIS)的触头电接触故障会影响其电气性能.针对电接触故障难以诊断的问题,首先建立了GIS触头振动多物理场耦合模型,然后使用交直流试验装置搭建GIS强电流检测实验平台,模拟不同运行工况并采集振动信号,通过对信号的分析证明了实验方法的可行性,并提出小波包能量熵诊断方法,与时域、频域分析法对比,证明了其良好的抗干扰性.最后在变电站现场开展在线实验,分析得到设备处于正常运行与异常状态的信号频域幅值分别在100 Hz和800 Hz处,且在时域信号加速度上也有很大差异;分析小波包能量熵,得到设备正常运行时在第1、第8频带分别为0.601和0.023,而在异常状态时第1、第8频带小波能量熵分别为0.041和0.142,熵值在第1频带显著减小,第8频带显著增加.结论表明,该方法可有效诊断出GIS触头电接触状态.
The contact electrical contact fault of gas insulated switchgear(GIS)will affect its electrical performance.A multi-physics coupling model of GIS contact vibration was first established to address the difficulty in diagnosing contact faults.An experimental platform for high-current detection of GIS was built using AC/DC test equipment,simulating different operating conditions and collecting vibration signals to demonstrate the feasibility of vibration detection and experimentation.The wavelet packet energy entropy diagnostic method was proposed and compared with time-domain and frequency-domain analysis methods,demonstrating its good anti-interference properties.Finally,online experiments were conducted at the substation site,analyzing signals indicating that under the same current,the equipment exhibited signal frequency domain amplitudes of 100 Hz and 800 Hz respectively for normal and abnormal states,with significant differences in time-domain signal acceleration as well.Analyzing wavelet packet energy entropy,it was found that during normal operation,the energy entropy in the first and eighth frequency bands was 0.601 and 0.023 respectively,while during abnormal operation,the entropy in the first and eighth frequency bands was 0.041 and 0.142 respectively,with a significant decrease in entropy in the first frequency band and a significant increase in the eighth frequency band.The conclusion indicates that this method can effectively diagnose the contact status of GIS contacts.
